Just a week before fall tryouts, I made the decision not to coach this season. Little did I know, God had other plans in store. In a meeting with my mentor and friend, the club director, God whispered through his words, urging me to reconsider. I agreed, opening the door to a divine adventure I never saw coming.

Fast forward to today, and I find myself standing before a group of truly exceptional young athletes. Each one, a blessing carefully chosen by God to fill my life with joy and purpose. Coaching this talented club team has become an unexpected source of inspiration, laughter, and genuine connection.

What started as a commitment has transformed into a journey of love and growth. I've fallen head over heels for coaching, not for the victories on the scoreboard, but for the memories we create and the relationships we build. Coaching is no longer a duty; it's a calling to inspire, uplift, and be a positive influence in the lives of these incredible young souls.

As I reflect on these past two months, I'm overwhelmed with gratitude for God's intricate planning and the incredible individuals He brought into my coaching journey. Knowing that I have five more months left with this amazing group brings me so much joy! Who would've thought that a group of 16/17 year olds would impact my life so much!
